User's Guide Index (Start Here)
UPDATED 15 APRIL 2024
The AutoScript Web (ASW) User's Guide is broken up into several articles. In this way, you can easily bookmark the sections you want to refer to again without a lot of page scrolling. This page is just an index.
If you are an individual, you are ready to start creating and editing your jobs. Proceed to the next section. If you are the owner or admin of an organization and need to set up your various teams, team members, and workspaces, please skip to the section titled "Organization Setup" followed by "Creating and Assigning Jobs - Organizations". You have a little more setup to do and there are some features you need to be aware of.
Individual - Summary That's it! You've done it. You created and edited jobs. If you've had the misfortune to have some problems along the way, you've hopefully seen how responsive and helpful our Support staff can be. If your business grows to the point where you need to create and manage an organization, read on for help setting up and operating an organization. In the meantime, read on for a description of the Cases feature, which applies to all users and works the same for both.
SUMMARY We believe we have introduced you to all the powerful features available to you in AutoScript Web. We covered the steps of creating and setting up accounts, for individual users as well as organizations. We've provided samples of how you can model your organization within ASW and examples of how you can use our tools to manage your workflow. If you feel something is missing, please use the feedback link and let us know.
As always, you can use the Request Help link above to submit a ticket to request help, report a bug, or just provide feedback on the VoiceScript line of products.
Thank you for your patronage. We're looking forward to a great future where we strive to reduce the amount of time you spend typing and increase your bottom line.
