ASW - Organization Management - Member Metrics

As the manager of an organization, you'll likely want some insight on your team's performance. Our metrics features aim to scratch that itch.
WARNING - this feature is still going through adjustment. Although we welcome your feedback on specific metrics and numbers, please be aware that this feature is not considered "complete" at this time. This also means that the images used might not quite match your experience.

Member Reports

You can access the reports screen by clicking on Members on the left, then click Reports at the top. You'll see a view like the following.


At a glance you'll be able to see each user's total active jobs, the number of jobs where they've completed the status they were assigned to, and the average number of edits per page. If you click on the arrow at the right, you'll get an expanded view for that user that looks like the following.



From here you can see the number of pages they edited for each job, as well as the time frame they worked with the job. In addition, you can click on the job title link to view the details page for that job where  you'll find...

Job Details Metrics

Each Job Details page will contain a Metrics Review section once the first version has been created. As each user completes their part of the work, the section will grow. When done, for each user you'll see a row like the following.

At a glance you can see the timeframe the user worked on the job, the status the job was in when they worked on it, the amount of time they spent on the job, the number of pages, and the average number of edits per page.
