ASW - Creating and Assigning Jobs - Organizations

So we're finally here at the heart of what you set out to do, transcribe audio using the ASR engine of AutoScript Web (ASW), and then pass those transcripts to your team members to edit. Every agency's workflow is slightly different. For this section, we'll continue to use the fictional agency RemoteProofs to show some examples of how you can model your workflow within ASW.
If your needs are slightly different and you're not sure how to achieve them, just reach out to VoiceScript Support. We'll be glad to guide you along the way.
There are several different methods that can be used for creating and assigning jobs. Each one has its own benefits and drawbacks. They are all covered in the next few sections of this guide.

If you prefer to keep things simple and only have one workspace, the individual user instructions should cover you.
