Copy Error/Cannot Copy Recording

Copy Error/Cannot Copy Recording

A couple issues can cause this.

1. Check player's application version and see if it is up to date.
2. Make sure there is no space at the end of the name you assigned to the copy.
3. Make sure that you have permissions to write to the location you are copying to.
