Are you recording a Zoom session in ASOne and you notice that one of the participants is not being recorded or included in the transcript? 

This is most likely a result of that participant joining their audio to the Zoom meeting via phone and not through the Zoom application.  If a participant dials into the Zoom meeting using their phone, their audio is processed differently by Zoom and their text will not be included in the transcript.  The resolution would be to switch to the Hybrid recording method.
