Text Stopped Dropping in the Transcript
If you have been successfully recording your session in ASOne and the text has either stopped dropping into the transcript or has fallen far behind, there are a few things you can check.
Start Confidence Monitoring
Before you start to troubleshoot the issue, please engage your Confidence Monitoring to ensure you are still recording.
Select your headphones as the output and click on the CM button.
As long as you are still recording, rest assured that the missing text will be filled in after you upload your recording session.
What to Troubleshoot
- Check that you are actually recording. The recording button should be in the active record state and it should say recording.
- Check the internet connectivity status.
- Green - this is a good, solid, consistent connection
- Yellow - this is an inconsistent connection and is dropping below the minimum threshold
- Red - your internet connection is not detected
