OneDrive, Google Drive, Etc.
Like many of our clients, you might use OneDrive, Google Drive, or some other product to synch your files across devices. These services are great, but they can cause problems when combined with AutoScript Web (ASW).
When you are uploading audio files to ASW, we highly recommend you first place those files in a non-synched location on your computer.
Some clients have experienced random file corruption in the files uploaded to ASW. This seems to happen because the synching service is competing to update the file at the same time ASW is trying to upload the file.
Of course, if you're unsure about your setup, we'll be glad to get on Zoom with you to take a look and help you sort things out. Just click the Request Help link above and let us know.
