My Recording Session Went to My AS Account and Not the Agency's
A single ASOne user can be assigned multiple licenses to ASOne subscriptions. You may have your own subscription and license, and an agency may also have assigned one of their license from their ASOne subscription to you.
You must take care to ensure that you have selected the correct license when in ASOne before you start a recording session. The license determines what account the recording session will be associated with and, consequently, uploaded to.
If you record your session using the incorrect license, you will need to reach out to the VoiceScript support team and submit a ticket requesting to have the recording session moved to the correct account.
There are two opportunities in ASOne to select a different license.
From the main dashboard.
From the setup screen.
If you require further assistance with this matter, reach out to the VoiceScript support team and submit a ticket.
