My Hotkeys Don't Work!!! - Are You Using FTR?
You know the story. You've just started processing a job and you hit [Ctrl]+[5] to do a Q&A, but the hotkey does nothing. Oh no!!!
Before you panic, let me ask, are you using For the Record (FTR) right now? If you are, and if FTR is open at this moment, it will intercept any Hotkey combinations pressed. AutoScript will never see them. Close FTR and try your Hotkey again. I'll wager that your Hotkey works now.
If you have a need to leave FTR open while working with AutoScript, you'll have to change your Hotkey settings in one program or the other to resolve the conflict.
