Installing Audacity

Audacity is a free audio editing platform that is used with many of the articles we write in trimming and converting audio/video files.  

You can download Audacity following this link:  https://www.audacityteam.org/download/windows/

After you have installed Audacity to your Windows computer, you will need to follow this link to get the FFmpeg library:  https://support.audacityteam.org/basics/installing-ffmpeg

Scroll down the page and locate the link for "Download for 64-bit Windows":

When done, you are ready to use Audacity.
