You can create a job in AutoScript using your recorded audio and import the rough-draft transcript with synced audio and reverse steno notes into your ProCat software.
- After you have run your job on AutoScript, open it in AutoScript Desktop using the default "Layout". Please do not make any edits to the transcript.
- When asked if you want to apply your own template, select "No".

- Click the "Export to CAT" button.
- Save to a location where you can find the Zip file.
- Open your ProCat program.

- Go to the Archive and Retrieval Wizard and select "Restore Fles (Retrieval) and click "Next".

- Go and look for the zip file.

- Select the zip file.

- The RTF and WAV files will appear in the list view. Click the "Finish" button.

- Click on "Open Transcript".

Select the "RTF" tab from the Open window and select your transcript.

Apply your new page layout and edit as you normally would on any transcript.
