I Am Not Getting the Upload Option

If you are not getting the upload option for your ASOne recording session, the session may have failed to "finish" .  This step properly closes out and prepares the recording files for upload.  You can try and "Finish" the session again.  

From the ASOne recording dashboard, click on "Continue Existing Session"

This will open the Continue Existing Session window.  Left-click to highlight the recording session and click on the "Continue Session" button. 


Select your recording settings again, or add the Zoom link if it was a Zoom recording. 

Start the recording by clicking on the record button.  Let it record for a few seconds and stop the recording.  Click on the "Finish" button.  

You should now see your option to upload your files.
