Help! My text is inserting in the Calibri font!

PROBLEM: You've just inserted a speaker, by-line, or some other text, and it's all or partly in Calibri font even though your template and layout are set for another font.
SOLUTION: The most likely cause for this issue starts with your template Word file. In order to work properly, your template must have a Normal style defined that contains your basic required font. Additionally, all of the defined styles you create in your template should be based on that Normal style. This must be done before combining that template with a layout and applying that layout to your job at the job creation stage.
NOTE: If you have properly defined your styles in your template before applying them to a job and you still experience text inserting with the wrong font, please submit a help request as this may be a bug. If you need some help creating your templates and setting up a layout just let us know. We're glad to set up a training session to assist you.
