The Zoom H6 and Zoom H8 are not directly compatible with AutoScriptOne as an audio interface.  

That said, when paired with the Zoom AMS-22 or the Shure x2u can work.   You will need a 3.5mm-to-XLR male audio cable for either to work.  

You still get the advantage of the multiple microphone inputs for better capture.  When you connect the audio cable to the line-out port on the Zoom H6 or H8, you will receive a mixed-down feed to the AMS-22 or Shure x2u, which converts the analog audio to digital for delivery to your laptop.
