AttorneyView is the industry-leading attorney streaming platform for real-time digital court reporters utilizing AutoScriptOne as their preferred tool for providing court reporting services.   

Creating your free online account

Use this link to create your secure, free online account : https://attorney.autoscript.ai/login so that you can revisit the transcripts from live-streamed, AutoScriptOne realtime sessions.  

Joining an AutoScript realtime session

There are three ways to join an AutoScriptOne realtime session. 

Using a Unique Passcode

  1. After creating your online account, ask the court reporter to provide you with your unique passcode for the realtime session.  
  2. Click on "Join Session" from your AttorneyView dashboard and input the code. 
  3. The current realtime session should automatically launch.  

Email Invite

  1. Ask the court reporter to send you an email invitation to the realtime AutoScriptOne session. 
  2. Go to your email application and look for the email from AttorneyView [email protected]
    1. If you don't see the email, please check your Spam or Junk folders.
  3. Click on the "Sign In" button in the email.
  4. This will take you to www.attorney.autoscript.ai
    1. If you previously created an AutoScript AttorneyView account, sign in if requested.  
  5. If the current realtime session does not open automatically, click on the "Recording Sessions" tab and select the current session from the list.  

  1. Ask the court reporter to send you the Magic Passcode Link. 
  2. Click on the provided link. 
    1. Create your secure, free AutoScript AttorneyView account. 
    2. Or sign into your existing account. 
  3. The current recording session should open after signing into your account.  
  4. The the current session does not immediately open, click on the "Recording Sessions" tab and select the current session from the list.

Tour the Dashboard



  1. Clicking on the "Dashboard" tab will bring you back to the main dashboard. 
  2.  Recording Sessions - a list of all AutoScript realtime recording sessions that you were provided access to. 
  3. Filter the list of AutoScript realtime recording sessions by status:  
    1. All - all recording sessions regardless of their status
    2. Pending - this session is pending upload by the court reporter
    3. Completed - this session has been successfully uploaded to the portal by the court reporter
    4. Error - there is an error status with the upload of the session by the reporter.  Reach out to them and let them know so that they can resolved it. 
  4. Filter your list of AutoScript realtime recording sessions by a date range, narrowing down your list.
  5. Search for a specific session by text. 
  6. The list of realtime recording sessions that you were provided access to.

Inside the recording session



  1. Auto follow - click on this when you need to seed the realtime stream of the court reporter's transcript to populate the screen
    1. This will need to be clicked if you have been browsing through the transcript, hiding the new realtime text.
  2. Add comments - click in the transcript to select a section of text that you would like to add a synced comment to. 
    1. Click in the text field box, type your comment, and hit enter on your keyboard.
  3. Previously added comments - click on any of your previously added synced comments to jump to that point in the transcript. 
  4. Exhibits - You can upload any exhibits that you would like to share with the court reporter.  
    1. NOTE - These uploaded exhibits are viewable by anyone in the same realtime session.  

**A Special Note** 
The realtime text in the AttorneyView transcript will not resemble the final transcript.  There are no line numbers or page breaks.  This is intentional to increase online readability.  You will notice that every sentence will have a speaker designation included.  Again, this is for your benefit so that you know who said what, even if they were talking for a long period of time. 


When the session is completed and uploaded by the reporter, the transcript will transition to a cleaner view.
