ASW - Attachments

Attachments are files you can upload to a job on AutoScript.  Attachments are a great way to share job materials with everyone who may be working on the transcript, or as a source for file retention.  

Examples of attachments could be:
  1. Exhibits
  2. Confirmed spellings
  3. Job details
  4. Final transcript deliverable
Currently, you can upload any of the following file types:
  1. DOC
  2. DOCX
  3. RTF
  4. TXT
  5. PDF
You can upload attachments either during the job creation or at any time after the job has finished processing.  

During Job Creation

Click and drag your files into the Attachments Upload box, or click in the box to navigate to the files on your computer.

In the Job Details Page

Click and drag your files into the Attachments Upload box, or click in the box to navigate to the files on your computer.

Where to Find Your Attachments

The files that you attached to the job will be located in the Materials section.  
Download files individually - click on the file name to download, one at a time. 
Download all files - click on the download arrow next to attachments to download a zip file of all attachments.
Remove an Attachment - click on the trash can to delete the attachment.  This action cannot be undone.
