ASOne Transcript Production Quick Guide
ASOne Transcript Production Quick Guide
After completing a recording session in ASOne and successfully uploading your session to your AutoScript Web account, you will need to access the transcript for editing into a final version. Your next steps will depend on whether your ASOne license was set to be "Enhanced" always, or "Session Text" giving you the option to apply the Enhanced feature on demand. We will break this guide into two parts: one for Enhanced Always and one for Enhanced On Demand.
Enhanced Always
- Open https://www.autoscript.ai/signin and sign in with the email and password you created when signing up.
- Make sure you are in the correct Organization by using the dropdown in the top left corner.

- Select the “ASOne Realtime Recordings” Workspace using the dropdown for workspace selection. (This may be the workspace already displayed.)

- After you have selected the correct workspace, click on “Job List”.

- You will scroll through the list of jobs to find your job or type a portion of the job title in the “Search” box in the upper right-hand corner.

- The job status must be set to "Ready for Editing" to access it.
- Click on the job name to access the Job Details page.
You will see that your job transcript type is set to "ASOne Enhanced". You can access all of the job files. Click on the "Start Editing in AutoScript" button to complete editing your transcript to a final version.

Enhanced on Demand

- You will see that your job transcript type is set to "Session Text". You can access all of the job files. If you want to use this version of the transcript to edit in AutoScript Desktop, click on the "Start Editing in AutoScript" button to complete editing your transcript to a final version.

**NOTE** You may want to consider opening the session text in AutoScript Desktop and saving a version of the Session Text transcript before selecting to apply AI Enhancements. Once the enhancement is applied, it will overwrite the job files with the new versions. This will give you both versions of the transcript saved in ASD.
- To apply AI Enhancements, click the button for “Apply AI Enhancements”.
NOTE: This will replace the current version; you
will still have the original job in ASD if you opened it in ASD and saved it
prior to running Enhanced.

- The status will change to “Processing” while the file is being enhanced. After it completes, it will display that it is “Ready for Editing” again, with the Transcript Unlock Type now set to “ASOne Enhanced”.

- Click on the "Start Editing in AutoScript" button to begin the editing process.
