This typically happens when a new subscription is chosen, but the licenses were not assigned to the users.  It also happens if an existing subscription is upgraded to a higher tier.

Open the Billing Account Details page by clicking on the gear icon next to your credit balance.          

Click on the "AutoScriptOne" card.

Click on the "plus sign" next to a listed license to assign a user.  

Select a user from your list and click on "Add User".
